Max McDaniel

Dr. Max McDaniel is a Research Associate at Shore Research Inc., and is primarily responsible for designing and managing our data and analysis processes. He has had extensive training in research methods and quantitative and qualitative methods. Max has over five years of experience in workplace research including training and development, job selection, and test validation. He has been involved in external and internal consulting for the past two years where his primary areas of expertise include program evaluation and assessment. During this time, he has conducted and managed training evaluation, training effectiveness, and needs assessment projects for military, educational, and non-profit organizations.

Dr. McDaniel graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, in 2005. He earned his PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in 2009 from Rice University in Houston, Texas. In his free time, Max enjoys reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, and exercising.
